CHAIRMAN KRAMER: Very well, "or any other similarly
situated canal"--"shall be considered to be part of State-
line flow as apportioned under this Compact. " I will
read that again to olarify it for the record:
"whether carried across the Stateline in the Front-
ier oanal or any other similarly situated canal, shall
be considered to be part of the Stateline flow as
apportioned under this Compact. '
It that now an aooeptable version of Article VI-B?
MR. ARN: I understood there was some discussion this
morning that they may have Changed their headgate.
KR. TIDAL_: I think they are going to deepen the
Cheyenne Creek Channel down to the river; they can't use
the headgate that they are using now.
