STONE: I don't believe it should be understood <br /> that that will be a final project report. I happen to know o <br /> about that, because I am a member of the Steering Committee <br /> which deals with the proposed Gunnison-Arkansas project, <br /> and the manner of submitting these reports and the nature < <br /> of the reports have been fully discussed by that Steering <br /> Committee and explained to Mr. Babson, who is the regional <br /> director. <br /> This first report is not strictly a project report . <br /> They are anticipating three types of reports on that project. <br /> The first one is informational only for the consideration <br /> of the interested agenoies in Colorado, the Gunnison-Arkansas <br /> and those in western Colorado, and, of course, the State <br /> Board. <br /> The next report which will really be a project report, <br /> as I understand it, at least, will be a stage development <br /> report on the particular stage, probably the so-called frying <br /> pan stage, which contemplates the importation of something <br /> like 65,000 acre feet of water a year. <br /> Then there is an interim--I think one time they described <br /> this first report as an interim report for information. Then <br /> the final report for the full project will come some months, <br /> maybe many months later. <br /> So this report in June should not be looked upon as a <br />
