I spent <br /> some time with Mr. Dixon in reviewing various drafts of and <br /> clauses which the Bureau is attempting to prepare for submit- <br /> tal to this Commission to cover its proposal for a compact <br /> provision which will enable inter-agency or other types of <br /> operating agreements with respect to Caddoa Reservoir. Those <br /> drafts apparently are still under consideration in the Bureau <br /> and in the Department, because I have received no further <br /> communioation from them. <br /> I did inform Mr. Dixon that if he desired to have the <br /> Commission to submit anything to the Commission for this meet- <br /> ing, it would have to reach me by about the first of Septem- <br /> ber, and that information was given to him a month ago.
