I have previously furnished copies <br /> of this letter to Mir. Vic al and Mr. Knapp, the respective State <br /> Chairmen, and have an extra copy here for the Secretary. <br /> I want to report that in accordance with the action of <br /> this Commission at Topeka, I have sent an invitation to the <br /> Secretary of the Interior for representation from that Depart- <br /> ment at our meeting here tomorrow. <br /> As a result of that invitation, I received a reply from <br /> the Acting Secretary of the Interior under date of February 14 <br />
