m
v
0
0
0
m
O
CHAIRMAN Kt:. MLh: Is there any objection on the part of
either state Chairmen to proceeding with this meeting? Do
you consider you have a quorum for the purpose of doing
ZI
r
business?
MR. KNAPP: That is all right on behalf of Kansas.
MR. VITAL: Yes, we are two and two so far.
CHAIRMAN KL,AMER: The first normal order of business
will be action on the record of our last meeting. That record
was prepared in draft form by Mr. Patterson. It has been re-
viewed and edited in accordance with our established procedure
by the State Chairmen and myself with the collaboration of Mr.
Arn and Mr. Ireland yesterday.
I take it in view of the intimate review which has been
given to the record to which all of the Commissioners here
present were a party except Mr. Mendenhall, that it would not
be necessary to take the time to read that record for the
purpose of action. Do you think it is necessary to read it,
Mr. Vidal?
KR. VIDAL: yell, I don' t think so, unless Mr. Mendenhall
want to hear it. Has there peen any change?
MR. MI:.NDENHALL: I have a copy of it.
YR. VIDAL: No, this is the record Charley prepared.
we went over it yesterday afternoon and carefully edited it.
CHAIRMAN KkAMEB: Well, then, I think we will waive the
reading of the record.
