It is only fair <br /> to say that our Secretary necessarily had to put a lot of work <br /> en the preparation of that record, in view of the intricacies <br /> and complexities involved. I think he did a splendid job. <br /> Is it desired that the record of the sixth meeting be read? <br /> All the Commissioners had an individual opportunity to read <br /> the record of the sixth meeting. <br /> MR. KNAPP: The Kansas Commissioners have, I am sure. <br /> CHAIRMAN KRAMER: The record will show that. Then we <br /> will dispense with the reading of the record of the sixth <br /> meeting and proceed to act thereon. A motion is in order. <br /> MR.
