It has made a formal presentation and a recommenda- <br /> tion, and I think it is ter the Commission after adequate dis- <br /> cussion to take action on that, and I consider that the <br /> present order of business, action upon this proposal, as <br /> recommended by the Legal Affairs Committee. <br /> MR. TATE: Now, Mr. Chairman, I don' t believe our <br /> Committee desires that this formal action or rejection of <br /> these particular provisions be taken at this time, but that <br /> they be submitted for consideration, and with a view of <br /> eventual adoption, rejection or revision, whatever may be. <br /> come necessary.
