KNAPP: loth of those gentlemen wrote me, Mr. Leavitt <br /> to the effect that because of the difficulties and delays in <br /> getting the sugar beets out of the ground the factory had had <br /> to shut down for a long period, and was just being able to <br /> resume. Consequently it will be impossible for him to come. <br /> Mr. Tate wrote as that they had a lot at Cattle out in the <br /> snow, 10hieh situation he was attempting to deal with, and <br /> that if it were possible to get up here by air, he might be <br /> here today. <br /> CHAIRMAN KRAMER: In view of the urgent items of business <br /> we are all aware of, with your permission I will defer the <br /> normal order of business, which at this juncture would calf. <br /> for review and approval of the record of our previous meeting. <br /> Are there any objections to deferring consideration of that <br /> until later in this meeting? I hear none, and we will de- <br /> part , then, from our normal order of business. <br />
