The flows necessary for the upper part of the Boating Park and the intended <br />uses at these Structures, as shown in Table 1, are generally greater during high flows than <br />those for the lower part of the Boating Park. The flows for the lower structures are shown <br />in comparison to the 4O `h percentile flow at this site in Figure 17: <br />36 <br />
