Mr. Martellaro has a B.S. in Civil Engineering(1981). Mr. <br /> Martellaro may testify as an expert witness in hydrology,water rights administration,water <br /> resources engineering, historic use,consumptive use, and augmentation requirements. Mr. <br /> Martellaro may provide background information regarding the administration of the subject <br /> and adjacent water rights. Mr. Martellaro may also testify regarding the terms and <br /> conditions he considers necessary to prevent injury to senior water rights. The bases for <br /> Mr. Martellaro's opinions are his education,training, and experience regarding <br /> hydrology, water rights administration,water resources engineering, augmentation <br /> requirements, ground water hydrology, ground water rights administration, and <br /> applicable laws.
