The project is being managed and 60%funded by the Division of Wildlife. FishPro,Inc. <br /> of Port Orchard, Washington is currently preparing construction plans and specifications. <br /> Construction is scheduled to commence in June 1999 with completion scheduled for June 2000. - <br /> Consolidated Mutual Water Company—Fortune Reservoir Dam Construction <br /> Authorization: SB 99-173 County: Jefferson—NW of Arvada <br /> Water Source: Clear Creek Project Yield: 8,869 ac.ft. <br /> • Terms of Loan: $10,000,000 @4.75%for 10 years Project Type:New Dam Construction <br /> This project is the construction of a new 9,000 acre foot reservoir northwest of Arvada. The <br /> project consists of a 105 foot high, zoned earth embankment, Probable Maximum Flood emergency <br /> spillway,with a 30 inch diameter outlet pipe. The Company has contracted with Tuttle-Applegate, <br /> Inc. of Denver to prepare the final design drawings and construction contract documents. <br /> Construction is scheduled to commence in the fall of 1999. <br /> • <br />
