The applicant(s) must also show that they are financially unable <br /> to repay a loan): There currently is not a regular funding program available, other than the <br /> CWCB construction fund, for the CWCB to initiate studies/projects and/or to cost-share <br /> with the federal government and other stakeholders to complete this much needed work. <br /> The goal is to restore streams and mitigate against flood hazards for priority streams in <br /> Colorado. <br /> 6.
