This <br /> progress report summarizes the activities that have been completed, obstacles that have been <br /> encountered during project implementation,and those activities that will be conducted to complete the <br /> project. We will also discuss expected changes to the schedule and budget associated with completing <br /> the project. <br /> Work Completed <br /> The District has been executing the project as designed. As you may recall, the project was designed to <br /> perform a number of different but related tasks associated with expanding and enhancing the District's <br /> Regional Water Conservation Plan, which was submitted and approved by the CWCB in 2013. The tasks <br /> that were included in the approved project scope included: <br /> • Integrating the eleven (11) Master Contract participants into the Regional Water Conservation <br /> Plan through data collection and performance of a system-wide water audit; <br /> • Development of four(4) local water conservation plans for water utilities/companies; <br /> • Development of two(2)water conservation plans for regional water conservancy districts; <br /> • Collecting data to develop four (4) relevant case studies associated with local water <br /> conservation and/or efficiency improvements;and <br /> • Expand and enhance the District's Regional Water Conservation Plan based on the results of the <br /> other portions of the project. <br /> As of the middle of July 2014,the following tasks have been completed: <br /> 1 <br /> 31717 UNITED AVENUE • PUEBLO, CO 81001 • PHONE (719) 948-2400 • FAX (719) 948-0036 <br /> web site:www.secwcd.org <br />
