Non-reimbursable Investment Application- CWCB Construction Fund <br /> Form Revised August 8,2003 <br /> and General Assembly for a$150,000 yearly program budget. <br /> Please explain why you are requesting a non-reimbursable, instead of a loan. (The Construction <br /> Fund exists primarily to provide low interest loans for the construction or rehabilitation of <br /> Raw Water Projects. Non-reimbursable Investments are approved only when the project or <br /> study is of Statewide interest and benefits a wide range of people and organizationg, and/or <br /> a large geographical area. The applicant(s) must also show that they are financially unable <br /> to repay a loan): There currently is not a regular funding program available, other than the <br /> CWCB construction fund, for the CWCB. The CWCB currently has a need to efficiently <br /> response to flood events due to the unpredictable nature of flooding. The Flood Response <br /> Fund is the vehicle to have programmatic funds that assist in quick contracting and keeping <br /> consultants contracted for the year's flood responsibilities outlined in the Flood Response <br /> Fund program responsibilities. <br /> 6.
