SECTION 6. Section 3 of chapter 148, Session Laws of
Colorado 1980, is amended to read:
Section 3. Project authorizations. (1) Pursuant to
section 37-60-122 (1) (b), Colorado Revised Statutes 1973,
there is hereby authorized to be constructed from such moneys
as are or may become available to the Colorado water
conservation board construction fund, in the priority listed,
as nearly as practicable, and with the sums of money listed
for each project, plus or minus such amounts, if any, as may
be justified by reason of ordinary fluctuations in
construction costs as indicated by engineering cost indices

applicable to the types of construction involved for such
projects, the following water resources and flood control
projects:
