Section 2 of chapter 101, Session Laws of <br /> Colorado 1978, is amended to read: <br /> Section 2. Project authorizations. Pursuant to section <br /> 37-60-122 (1) (b), Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, there is <br /> hereby authorized to be constructed from such funds as may <br /> become available to the Colorado water conservation board <br /> construction fund, in the priority listed as nearly as <br /> practicable and with the sums of money listed, plus or minus <br /> such amounts, if any, as may be justified by reason of <br /> ordinary fluctuations in construction costs as indicated by <br /> engineering cost indices applicable to the types of <br /> construction involved herein, the following water conservation <br /> projects: <br /> Project Amount <br /> Bennett $--258;888 <br /> Eagle $ 250,000 <br /> Grand Valley 250,000 <br /> Nunn 190,000 <br /> Ridgway 175,000 <br /> Starkville 200,000 <br /> • Limon 83/;888 <br /> 750,000 <br /> Basalt 600,000 <br /> PAGE 5-HOUSE BILL NO. 1128 <br />
