ip We believe that this project provides a unique opportunity to demonstrate new technologies that <br /> can help reconcile consumptive and non-consumptive water uses, releasing and measuring flows <br /> for enhancement of the aquatic environment while later capturing those flows for consumptive <br /> use by municipal, industrial or other beneficial users. We will share the knowledge that we gain <br /> from this project to help other entities create similar plans that can be implemented to meet <br /> ecological and consumptive needs for water.
