The project consisted of replacing the reservoir's outlet structure and <br /> flattening the dam's upstream slope. Smith Geotechnical Engineering (SGE) of Ft. Collins <br /> completed the project design. The project was constructed under the supervision of SGE and the <br /> ' State Engineer's Office by the owner's own forces. The owner completed the work after several <br /> years of effort between ranching, farming and construction. The State Engineer's Office recently <br /> approved the reservoir's filling plan and substantial completion was June 30, 1999. <br /> Project Data <br /> Sponsor: Wamsley Cattle Company County: Jackson River: Off-Stream Drainage <br /> Terms of Loan: $34,036.41 @ 3% for 40 yrs.
