The project consisted of <br /> I diverting ditch water into three shallow (1-3 feet) recharge basins and construction of several <br /> observation wells in order to document the effect the project had on the area's groundwater <br /> levels. Davis Engineering Service, Inc. of Del Norte prepared the project design that was <br /> I constructed by Cooley Brothers, Inc. of Mosca, Colorado commencing in May 1993.
