The first project was the poly-vinyl-chloride <br /> I (PVC) lining and installation of conduits in two sections of the Poudre Valley Canal. The second <br /> project consisted of the replacement of Cobb Lake's outlet pipe connecting to an outlet channel <br /> 2,500 feet downstream. Smith Geotechnical of Fort Collins, Colorado completed the project design <br /> I for both projects. The construction contracts were awarded to Barker Construction Co., Inc. of Ft. <br /> Collins(December 1996) and Zak Dirt,Inc. of Longmont, Colorado (October 1997.
