I <br /> 2.13 Authorized Loans from the Construction Fund I <br /> Pursuant to Section 37-60-122(1) (b), CRS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board has <br /> I <br /> recommended annually, and the General Assembly has authorized, loans from the Construction <br /> Fund. In FY 1998,the Board recommended twelve new loans from the Construction Fund totaling$13.5 <br /> Il <br /> million as shown in the following table. Each loan represents partial funding of the total cost of the <br /> projects.
