I <br /> Pursuant to Section 39-29-109 (1) (a) (I), CRS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board has <br /> recommended legislative authorization to provide loans from the Severance Tax Trust Fund <br /> Perpetual Base Account totaling $5.94 million to fund 3 water development projects statewide in <br /> 1998. These projects are listed in Table 5 in priority order as suggested by the Board. Each loan <br /> represents partial funding of the total cost of the projects.
