I3.7 New Loan Projects Recommended For Authorization
I Pursuant to Section 37-60-122(1) (b), CRS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board has
recommended legislative authorization to provide loans from the Construction Fund totaling$11.82
million to fund 11 water development projects statewide in 1998. These projects are listed in Table
I 4 in priority order as suggested by the Board. Each loan represents partial funding of the total cost
of the projects. Additional details about these recommended projects may be found in Appendix C.
