I <br /> 2.12 Performance Audit Recommendations <br /> I In February 1993, the Office of the State Auditor completed its performance audit of the <br /> Colorado Water Conservation Board's Construction Fund as requested by the Department of Natural <br /> I Resources. The audit was conducted pursuant to Section 2-3-103, CRS, which authorizes the State <br /> Auditor to conduct performance audits of state agencies. Seven recommendations were made in the <br /> areas of project planning, financial planning, and administration of the project approval process.
