Addendum to Center of Colorado Water Conservancy District's <br /> Loan Application to CWCB for Smelter Pipeline Reservoir Project <br /> Page 5 <br /> Center of Colorado needs no additional access approvals or rights of way for the <br /> Project. <br /> K. SPR Project Costs: Center intends to conditionally award the Project to <br /> Hudick Excavating for $565,800.00. The condition on the award is that Center <br /> obtains a commitment for financing for the Project by July 31, 2012. Once the <br /> financing contingency has been removed, Center will issue Hudick Excavating the <br /> notice to proceed. Construction is anticipated to be completed within <br /> approximately 90 days from commencement. <br /> L. Implementation Schedule. Construction of the project will commence after <br /> the Center's financing for the Project has been approved. Construction should be <br /> completed by approximately 12/31/12. No other project approvals, permits or land <br /> acquisitions are required. <br /> M. Tabor compliance. Center obtained approval from the voters of Park <br /> County at the November, 2010 general election to borrow funds for the SPR <br /> Project.
