Money is <br />used to pay Marsha. Funds at SJRC &D <br />used to pay all other expenses. <br />2) Checking account is restricted. Two <br />signatures required on all checks (either <br />Bruce, Meghan, Marsha and/or Jane). <br />3) Marsha pays taxes on income. If project <br />ceases and funds have to be returned to the <br />CWCB, money is returned which reduces <br />her tax burden. <br />4) Monthly statements are made available to <br />the RPW. <br />
