Upon completion of each increment of work or project in the approved annual work plan, the <br /> UCRIP or SJRIP, in cooperation with the Foundation, shall submit to the State a detailed cost <br /> breakdown satisfactory to the State of all actual costs incurred for that specific increment of <br /> the work or project. <br /> Should approved expenditures exceed funds advanced for a specific increment of work or <br /> project, the State shall either reimburse the Foundation directly_or authorize the use of _ <br /> previously advanced funds to pay its proportionate share of approved excess expenditures. <br /> If the detailed cost accounting is less than the amount of funds advanced for a specific <br /> increment of work or project, the remaining funds shall be applied to the next increment of <br /> work or project under the approved annual work plan or, if the Contract is complete, shall be <br /> promptly refunded to the State by the Foundation as requested by the State. <br /> 8. TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br /> There are two methods of transferring funds to the Foundation: electronic funds transfer and <br /> the traditional system using U.S. Mail. The traditional U.S. Mail system will be used unless <br /> the Foundation chooses the State Electronic Funds Transfer process and implements the <br /> required State procedures. <br /> 9. REPRESENTATIVES <br /> For the purpose of this contract, the individuals identified below are hereby designated <br /> representatives of the respective parties.
