2 SECTION 16. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 37 -60 -121, add (41
3 d) as follows:
4 37 -60 -121. Colorado water conservation board construction
5 fund - creation of - nature of fund - funds for investigations -
6 contributions - use for augmenting the general fund - funds created
7 - repeal. (4) (d) (I) NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION OF THIS SECTION
8 TO THE CONTRARY, THE BOARD MAY EXPEND UP TO SEVENTY -FIVE
9 THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY -SEVEN DOLLARS FOR THE PERSONAL
10 SERVICE EXPENSES OF THE DIVISION OF WATER RESOURCES IN MANAGING
11 THE NATIONAL HYDROGRAPHY DATASET AND PROVIDING GEOGRAPHIC
12 INFORMATION SYSTEM SUPPORT FOR ACTIVITIES OF THE DIVISION OF
13 WATER RESOURCES.
14 (II) THIS PARAGRAPH (d) IS REPEALED, EFFECTIVE JUNE 30, 2013.
15 SECTION 17. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 37 -75 -105, amend
16 (4) as follows:
17 37 -75 -105. Interbasin compact committee - report.
18 (4) Commencing in 2006, the committee shall submit an annual report to
19 the house of representatives committee on agriculture, livestock, and
20 natural resources and the senate committee on agriculture, natural
21 resources, and energy, or their successor committees, by October 31
22 concerning the status of compact negotiations and, in consultation with
23 the Colorado water conservation board created in section 37 -60 -102, how
24 moneys from the water supply reserve aeeoarit FUND created in section
25 39 -29 -109 (2) (c), C.R.S., were allocated during the previous twelve
26 months for water activities approved by basin roundtables.
