YAMPA DETAILED STUDY MOU <br /> February 22 , 1993 <br /> Page 3 <br /> offered for conversion to an instream flow will be <br /> determined by the River District Board of Directors <br /> taking into consideration the decrees entered into in <br /> 83CW143 and 91CW31 in Water Division 6 and other relevant <br /> information. <br /> All parties to this MOU support the recommended alternative in <br /> concept, recognizing that additional information and analysis will <br /> be required before each party can fully evaluate and support <br /> .mplementation of the recommended alternative. The parties to this <br /> agreement further agree to work in good faith to implement the <br /> Detailed Study and to address the administrative issues described <br /> in Section 3 of this MOU in a timely manner. <br /> 1. FUNDING: <br /> A. The cost of the Detailed Study will include <br /> $414 , 000 for a technical services contractor, and <br /> additional costs to be incurred by the parties. <br /> The Detailed Study will be initiated within six <br /> months of the execution of this MOU. The study <br /> will take approximately eighteen ( 18) months to <br /> complete. <br />
