North wing is gone. Headgates are full of silt <br />and debris. Channel below dam has 8 —10 feet of silt and Debris. <br />Inlet Ditch: Stream gauging house & station is full of silt and debris. Power pole and line <br />damaged and will now need relocated. Ditch house is undermined and has 8 —10 foot of silt & <br />debris. Two major wash -outs north of the ditch bank. Sand traps and structures were washed <br />away. <br />By -pass: is./ull of silt and debris. <br />A Professional Engineer has been hired for design services. <br />Alternative I — Do Nothing: Not repairing the diversion and inlet would prevent water delivery <br />to all its agriculture water users, and of the company's water rights, leading to the abandonment <br />of water rights of the reservoir, ditch and stockholders. <br />Alternative 2 — Rebuilding Collaboratively with Improvements: <br />Improved, and professional engineered, diversion and inlet will serve multiple users and the <br />existing reservoir for long -term. <br />Selected Alternative 3 — Diversion and Inlet: Rebuilding and repairing the diversion and inlet <br />structures will allow for accurate and improved measurements and administration of the river. <br />
