<br />Emergency Loan Application and Feasibility Study [LEFT HAND DITCH COMPANY] Page | 6 <br /> <br />• It is known that the ground around the flume is eroded between the flume and the road. <br />• Left Hand Canyon Road is totally gone near the head gate structure location. Company will <br />need to coordinate with Boulder County Transportation when road and diversion dam work <br />takes place <br /> <br />Left Hand Valley Reservoir <br />• Debris has accumulated at the inlet into the lake <br />• Dam spillway concrete was damaged and needs repair <br />• Access road which serves as part of the secondary spillway was damaged and needs repair <br />• Heavy erosion to the secondary spillway down to the shale bedrock was observed and needs <br />repair <br /> <br />Left Hand Valley Diversion <br />• About 1,500 linear feet of Left Hand Creek has moved and is flowing outside of the pre- <br />flood channel. The channel needs to be restored in this area to restore service to the ditch. <br />• About 200 linear feet of the Left Hand Valley filler ditch had eroded and needs repair and <br />stabilization. <br /> <br />Crocker Ditch <br />• About 500 linear feet of the ditch is eroded and is now part of Left Hand Creek The ditch <br />bank needs restoration in this area. <br />• About 1,000 linear feet of Left Hand Creek has moved and is flowing outside of the pre- <br />flood channel. The channel needs to be restored in this area to restore service to the ditch. <br />• The creek channel surrounding the diversion dam is heavily eroded and needs repair and <br />restoration. <br />• Long sections of the ditch are filled with debris. <br /> <br />Allen's Lake Filler Canal Head Gate (Also Lake Ditch inlet and Toll Gate Ditches headgate) <br />• Structure (headgate and diversion dam) was completely obliterated and is missing. Entire <br />structure will need replacement. <br />• Left Hand Canyon Road is totally gone near the head gate structure location. Company will <br />need to coordinate with Boulder County Transportation when road and diversion dam work <br />takes place <br />• Parshall Flume is completely silted in with debris, and will need to be cleaned. <br />• A grade survey will be necessary to determine of the Parshall Flume is still useable. <br />• Approximately 1,500 linear feet of debris is in the ditch and will need to be removed <br /> <br />Allen's Lake Filler Canal at Geer Canyon Road <br />• Culvert is missing at site where ditch crosses Geer Canyon at road. <br />• The ditch in this area is filled in with as much as 6 feet of debris for approximately 500 <br />linear feet. <br /> <br />Haldi Diversion Structure <br />• Left Hand Creek has moved and is flowing outside of the pre-flood channel.
