The project is located approximately 15 miles northeast of the town of Walsenburg on the Cucharas River in Sec 25, 26, 35 T 26S R 65W, Sec 30, 31 T 26S R 64W, Sec 6, 7 T 27S, R 64W, Sec 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 27S R 64W in the county of Huerfano, Colorado.
