FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
The Town of Windsor proposes to apply for a loan amount $4.5 million from the CWCB
with a 20-year repayment period and an interest rate of 2.75%. The remaining portion
of the projectcost of $1.8 million will be funded by the Town of Windsor Water
Enterprise cash reserves.
