Gimbel <br />CWCB Director <br />I am pleased to inform you that on July 13, 2011 the Colorado Water Conservation Board approved <br />your request for a Loan Payment Deferral. The Board approved the Deferral of one year of CWCB <br />loan payrnents to help offset the Company's financial burden related to the safety upgrades to the <br />outlet tower tramway/gondola system.
