Russell: <br />It has Jome to our attention that the term of Loan Contract No. C150273 has lapsed. <br />As you are aware, OAC has made significant progress towards the successful completion of the <br />projeci outlined in the loan contract. However, due to delays in the court process that are beyond <br />our co itrol as well as additional State Engineer's Office requirements that were not <br />conteri iplated, final completion of the project was not possible before the end of the contract <br />term. <br />The a quisition and installation of additional equipment and instrumentation required to <br />compl to the project has been achieved. Currently, we are awaiting final billing for those items, <br />as we as the associated legal and engineering work that is still outstanding.
