Gimbel <br />CWCB Director <br />We are in receipt of your request for a time extension for the above referenced project. As you are aware the <br />Time for Performance established in Appendix 1, Section 11 of the Ogilvy Augmentation Company's Loan <br />Contract was two years from the effective date of the contract, or November 11, 2011. This Letter Agreement <br />shall extend the Time of Performance to April 1, 2013 as requested.
