(c) the resolution (the "Series 1998 Bond Resolution") providing for the issuance of the District's Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 1998, dated June 15, 1998 (the "Series 1998 Bonds "); (e) the resolution (the "Series 2006 Bond Resolution") providing for the issuance of the District's Enterprise Revenue Refunding and Improvement Bonds, Series 2006, dated January 18, 2006 (the "Series 2006 Bonds'; (f) the Loan Agreement dated as of June 1, 2008 (the "2008 CWRPDA Loan Agreement ") between the District and the CWRPDA, the Governmental Agency Bond dated as of June 12, 2008 (collectively with the 2008 CWRPDA Loan Agreement, the "2008 CWRPDA Financing Documents') issued to the CWRPDA by the District pursuant to the CWRPDA Loan Agreement and the resolution of the District (the "2008 CWRPDA Approving Resolution") approving the 2008 CWRPDA Financing Documents; (g) the Loan Contract dated as of July 21, 2008 (the "2008 CWCB Loan Contract") between the District and the Colorado Water Conservation Board (the "CWCB "), the Promissory Note dated as of July 21, 2008 (collectively with the 2008 CWCB Loan Contract, the "2008 CWCB Financing Documents ") issued to the CWCB by the District pursuant to the CWCB Loan Contract and the resolution of the District (the "2008 CWCB Approving Resolution') approving the 2008 CWCB Financing Documents; (h) 2009 CWRPDA Base Program Financing Documents and the 2009 CWRPDA ARRA Program Financing Documents; and (i) the resolution of the District (the "2009 CWRPDA Approving Resolution ") approving the 2009 CWRPDA Base Program Financing Documents and the 2009 CWRPDA ARRA Program Financing Documents. The Series 1998 Bonds, the Series 2006 Bonds, the 2008 CWRPDA Financing Documents and the 2008 CWCB Financing Documents are referred to collectively herein as the "Prior Parity Obligations" and the Series 1998 Bond Resolution, the Series 2006 Bond Resolution, the 2008 CWRPDA Approving Resolution and the 2008 CWCB Approving Resolution are referred to collectively herein as the "Prior Resolutions." 3. The District has represented to me that, upon the execution and delivery of the 2009 CWRPDA Base Program Financing Documents and the 2009 CWRPDA ARRA Program Financing Documents on the date hereof, the Parity Lien Bonds consist of the Series 1998 Bonds, the Series 2006 Bonds, the 2008 CWRPDA Financing Documents, the 2008 CWCB Financing Documents, the 2009 CWRPDA Base Program Financing Documents and the 2009 CWRPDA ARRA Program Financing Documents, and that there are no outstanding Parity Lien Bonds other than the Parity Lien Bonds described in this sentence. 4. The District has represented to me that the Combined Average Annual Principal and Interest Requirements for the Parity Lien Bonds is $1,603,184.
