Work stopped N64, alignment runs through an informal burial ground <br />1. 1 repatriation completed <br />2. Additional costs anticipated <br />k. Comparison of CCE to Contract Amount <br />i. Current contract value — $33,653,352 <br />ii. Current contingency - $3,318,401 <br />iii. Field Cost current - $36,971,753 <br />13. NNMP is approximately 44% complete overall <br />D. Computation of Management Reserve <br />1. Net previous update - ($1,132,168) <br />2. Net this update — ($2,132,168) <br />a. CR 211 increased $34,000 due to boat ramp road <br />b. POF increased by $1,000,000 due to additional ARRA mod <br />c. Overall reduced the reserve by $2,100,000 <br />i. This is not a concern as it will increase as contracts close out and those <br />contingencies are moved back into reserve <br />3. Percent complete — 74 %, through 3`d quarter FYI - est <br />E. Progress Report <br />1. Ridges Basin <br />a. Outlet works is 95% complete <br />b. Electrical installations are substantially complete <br />c. Fish mortality studies are ongoing <br />d. Reservoir is at elevation 6845 feet (37 vertical feet to go) <br />i. Increase of 5,000 acre feet <br />(a). July was a holding period <br />(b). We were able to pump a max of 30cfs in August and September <br />2. Upper County Road 211 <br />a. Revegetation efforts are complete <br />i. Not quite 70% success, but will reassess at a later date <br />b. Guardrail installation is complete <br />c. Transfer of CR211 to county is complete <br />d. Only boat ramp related work remains <br />3. Security and Communications <br />a. System installation is 93% complete <br />b. Installation of equipment is complete, awaiting T1 for communications lines <br />4. Durango Pumping Plant <br />a. Repairs to EIFS accomplished, buyoff pending <br />b. Mechanical seal water retrofit is complete <br />i. Installed a larger pump, manufacturer thinks this will fix it <br />ii. Testing is underway <br />10 <br />
