I A <br />Operating Principles and Reservoir Release Schedule Without a Compact Call <br />Al times when there is no call from New Mexico under the Compact, releases may be made from <br />District Pool for beneficial use in accordance with the Doctrine of Prior Appropriation and <br />law. <br />Reservoir Storage, Management. Accounting, and Reporting <br />Prior to beginning storage of any water in the Reservoir, LPWCD shall complete <br />the following: <br />a. install a permanent Reservoir elevation gage with a satellite relay <br />monitoring system at a location approved by the Division 7 Engineer; <br />b. provide a Reservoir surface area - capacity- elevation table approved by a <br />Licensed Professional Engineer in a format acceptable to the Division 7 <br />Engineer; <br />install a gage with a satellite relay monitoring station to measure inflow to <br />the reservoir on Government Draw, above the Reservoir, at a location <br />acceptable to the Division 7 Engineer and install a gage with satellite <br />monitoring to measure inflow to the reservoir on Long Hollow Creek <br />above the Reservoir at a location acceptable to the Division 7 Engineer; <br />and, <br />d. install a gage with a satellite relay monitoring station to measure releases <br />from the reservoir, on Long Hollow just below the reservoir outlet at a <br />location acceptable to the Division 7 Engineer, and, <br />Page 4 of 6 <br />
