<br />On September 20, 1990, representatives from the Denver Office, the Uppe //,
<br />Colorado Regional Office, the Grand Junction Projects Office, the Durango /
<br />Projects Office, and the Tri - County Water Conservancy District conducted a
<br />joint inspection of Ridgway Dam and Reservoir, Dallas Creek Project, in
<br />accordance with Reclamation Instructions, Paragraphs 232.0.7 and 232.0.8,
<br />preparatory to transfer from Reclamation to the Tri- county Water Conservancy
<br />District.
<br />Enclosed is a copy of the Transfer Inspection Report that describes the
<br />facilities to be transferred and the deficiencies that were noted. The report
<br />also lists the responsible party to complete the deficiency_ Some of the
<br />deficiencies may be completed after the January 1, 1991, transfer date.
<br />After you have had an opportunity to review the enclosed inspection report, we
<br />would appreciate receiving your written concurrence, as required in
<br />Reclamation Instructions, Part 232.0.7, so that transfer can be completed by
<br />January 1, 1991. If you have any questions, please contact Sporleder at
