In the Demand Survey section of your Scope of Work, please include a bullet item that explores
potential financing option with the CWCB Loan Program with parties interested in purchasing water.
Let's talk about whether our coverage of this issue in the Financing Options Analysis and Marketing
Analysis Sections on pages 3 and 4 is adequate or not?
Is there room to look at any exchange possibilities for the state allocated pool? I know we had talked
about this issue at lunch, but the budget might not allow. We could probably mention it, but the
budget is tight for Phase I. Could we reserve most of this for Phase II? We can discuss more.

wrapped up and over for approval. Hopefully we can get started the 1St week of October.
