Your 2nd bullet item, last sentence, under Cost Analysis, is incomplete. This is part of a sentence which
is continued on the next page.
In the Demand Survey section of your Scope of Work, please include a bullet item that explores
potential financing option with the CWCB Loan Program with parties interested in purchasing water.
Let's talk about whether our coverage of this issue in the Financing Options Analysis and Marketing
Analysis Sections on pages 3 and 4 is adequate or not?
Is there room to look at any exchange possibilities for the state allocated pool? I know we had talked
about this issue at lunch, but the budget might not allow. We could probably mention it, but the
budget is tight for Phase I. Could we reserve most of this for Phase II? We can discuss more.
Give me a call at 303 - 618 -5010 to go over the items above and to discuss getting the final project scope
wrapped up and over for approval. Hopefully we can get started the 1St week of October.
Thanks.
Tim
From: Chavez, Laura [mailto:LChavez @brwncald.com]
Sent: Thursday, September 17, 2009 11:21 AM
To: Feehan, Tim
Cc: Eisel, Leo; Taylor, Tekla
Subject: Phases ALP letter proposal 09_17_09.PDF
Hi Tim,
Attached is the modified scope of work for the Animas La Plata Project water demand assessment.
