Initially, Reclamation was concerned that seepage along the <br />conduits leading to the baffled outlet would cause long term damage. Installation of a <br />perforated subsurface drainage system around the structure appears to control the seepage, <br />and has alleviated concerns related to the subsurface drainage. The 2012 CR identified an issue <br />with sediment and vegetation buildup in Basin Creek above the baffled outlet. <br />Lower Basin Creek consists of 1.5 miles of existing channel with multiple rock outcrops, five <br />constructed drop structures, Wheeler Road box culverts, and two existing rock drops. <br />TRANSFER ISSUE <br />STIPULATION <br />Backwater in the ravine <br />Reclamation will restore the channel to its designed profile.
