ESTIMATED ANNUAL OM &R COSTS
The two tables contained herein show the estimated annual Fixed OM &R and Variable OM &R costs
for the Animas -La Plata Project at start up ( "initial operation ") and when the project is considered
fully operational ( "full operation "). These are the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation's most recent estimate
of the annual OM &R costs. These estimates were shared with Animas -La Plata Operations
Committee (POC) in 2009 and are presently being reviewed by Mr. Russell Howard, ALP OM &R
Association General Manager. Mr. Howard, pending completion of his review, felt these estimates
were appropriate for planning purposes and the preparation of this report. We want to emphasize
these are estimates only and will change and be updated as actual operating experience is gained.
However, these are the best estimates currently available.
