Page 38, Action Alternative 2— Refined RMP: The Commission favors this
alternative and others that do not provide trails near and below the dam and the
south shore as provided under Action Alternative 1, for the reasons noted above.
Pages 74 -75, discussion of motorized boating: The Commission agrees that the
risk of hazardous materials spills would necessitate mitigation measures as
outlined to provide resources to address hazardous materials spills.
