Hi Russ,
Thanks for sending this out and answering my questions about this. We reiterate here the concerns contained in
this email string and what Scott sent out yesterday. UMUT does not have a problem with the BOR beginning to
talk to FWS and the recovery program about this, but we would like to participate in those discussions and we
continue to have some concerns about minimal escapement and additional measures imposed on the operations
of the dam.
