Jason, the SWCD believes that the above actions will convey to the Association the needed water
to facilitate all of the purposes the current Project beneficiaries envisioned. Thank you and the
other Association members for your patience and diligence in resolving this issue. The SWCD
negotiation group and staff are still available to meet with the Association representatives on
February 26 if that is agreeable to your members.
