Resolutions
Resolution 2013 -01— Records Retention and Destruction Policy and Resolution 2013 -02 — Whistle Blower
Policy:
Russ explained to the Board members the reason these policies were needed. It is a requirement of the IRS to
have them in place prior to filing the taxes.
Randy Kirkpatrick made a motion to engage our current CPA to conduct an annual audit not to exceed
$5000.00 and to adopt Resolution 2013 -01— Records Retention and Destruction Policy and Resolution 2013 -02
Whistle Blower Policy. Steve Dunn seconded the motion. Voting yea were: Mike Brod, Lena Atencio, Jason
John, Celene Hawkins, Randy Kirkpatrick, Steve Dunn and Tim Feehan. The motion carried.
10. Randy Kirkpatrick made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Steve Dunn seconded the motion. The motion
passed.
The meeting adjourned at 1:55 PM.
The meeting was followed with a PCC Meeting conducted by Barry Longwell. The next PCC meeting was scheduled in
3 months.
