2) R3 -1 Table with monitoring reference codes
In the charts, the Service assigned each habitat parameter /indicators a monitoring reference code
(e.g., WCR- 01 -W). These codes are cross - referenced with the R3 -1 table and appear in the
second column of the attached R3 -1 table. The attached R3 -1 table is the version provided to the
Governance Committee with the additional column for monitoring reference codes. It is
important to note that the Service believes no new data collection needs have been identified in
the charts. In addition, the Service is committed to using data and analyses generated by other
Program monitoring or research efforts.
