Wheeler and Associates, which serves to <br />update dye data that we provided to YOU in our letter of May 5, 2008. Mr. Dan Hartman <br />Of the City of Golden can attest to use of the White Water Course and Course Extension <br />both before and after 6 p.m. for every day in May, June, and July of 2008 except <br />Memorial Day. Accordingly, the amounts claimed absolute in the draft decree depart <br />m those claimed in our May 5 letter in the sole respect that the City of Golden claims <br />741 cfs absolute for the Whitt Water Course and Course Extension for July during the <br />hours of 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. based on the flow rate and use recorded on July 1, 2008. <br />Please let me know if you have any questions after reviewing these documents.
