Collins $3.25 million <br />✓ Tri- Districts $0.82 million <br />Phase 1 Hill Gulch — $1.4 million aerial mulching — <br />✓ Greeley $630,000 <br />✓ Ft Collins $616,000 and <br />✓ Tri - districts $154,000 <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />The timeline for this project is still being developed by our consultants, JW Associates. <br />Greeley is lead sponsor for the High Park mitigation and is proportionately sharing the <br />costs with regional partners as described above. <br />The project will follow the same structure as that outlined in the BAER report, picking up <br />where we left off in October, after completing about half of the recommended watershed <br />mitigation. The timetable will be dictated largely by the weather, as well as any <br />permitting or other administrative considerations but the objective is to complete the <br />recommended mitigation as quickly as possible when weather permits. <br />POSSIBLY ANY DETAILS ON SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC IMPACTS AND /OR <br />PERMITTING ISSUES <br />We do not anticipate social impacts or permitting issues. The economic impacts on <br />Greeley's ratepayers will be greater if this project is delayed or abandoned, since 25% <br />of Greeley's drinking water is provided by the Poudre River. The cost of cleanup can be <br />greatly reduced if mitigation is undertaken sooner, rather than later. <br />
